Abstract
|
|
|
A case of aneurysmal bone cyst is 49 years old farmer, it was involving the lateral condyle of left femur.
X-ray study reveals a large round shape destructive lesion with soap-bubble appearance over lateral femoral condyle of left knee.
There is also pathological fracture on the lesion by X-ray view.
The histological study shows the strands of deep reddish brown vascular tissue honey-combed by spaced filled with blood and large vascular. spaces separated by strands of fibrous tissue, and multinucleated giant cells.
It was well treated by only radical curett aged without bone-graft.
